Lucent Design Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from Lucent Design (operated by SalesBusiness Group LLC, "Company," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.

2. Fulfillment model Lucent Design operates on a dropshipping model: products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers/manufacturers to the customer. Delivery times may therefore vary by product and supplier location — see our Shipping Policy.

3. Products We describe products as accurately as possible; minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur, which is common with natural or handcrafted home decor materials.

4. Pricing and payment All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability at the supplier level, or suspected fraud — in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and delivery See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier processing times, carrier delays, or customs.

6. Returns See our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property All Site content (text, images, logos) is the property of SalesBusiness Group LLC / Lucent Design, or licensed from our suppliers, and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucent Design and SalesBusiness Group LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products, including delays caused by third-party fulfillment partners or carriers.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
