Lucent Design Shipping Policy

Lucent Design partners with trusted fulfillment suppliers to bring you quality home decor. Because items ship directly from our suppliers, please review the timelines below.

Order processing Orders are processed and forwarded to our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping & delivery times

All orders shipped within the United States ship for free — no minimum purchase required.

Total time from order to delivery is typically 8–18 business days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by high demand, weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times, since items can ship from different suppliers/warehouses — this is normal for our fulfillment model and is disclosed at checkout.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (or once each item ships, for multi-package orders).

Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@lucenttdesign.com with your order number and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier.

International shipping Currently, Lucent Design ships within the United States only.
